The film takes place in three times, first 2069 for one scene, then 2011 for one scene, then the entire rest of the film takes place at least 10-15 years later in an alternate future when Alfredo is an adult. This is when the speech happens, NOT in 2011 (when Alfredo is a boy, and walking in the forest). The Greta Thunberg reference is still worth mentioning. But there is no anachronism.
