There is a conflict of interest here that needs to be discussed. The dukes first and second last name was NOT Romay. The Duke was the son of Gregorio Sarmiento de Valladares and Juana Sarmiento y Niño de Castro. He was the grandson of Luis Sarmiento de Valladares and Inés de Arines Troncoso.
