Humza’ s Parents are from Pakistan and so by virtue of the fact he happened to be born in Britain and therefore has a ‘British’ Passport he is a British Pakistani born in Scotland. From some Political standpoint you could play it safe and state that he is ‘British’ but to state he is Scottish is like trying to claim that Richi Sunak is Eng...
