Even if the toponymic analysis effectively indicates that there is no direct inheritance of its ancestral language in these southern regions without interruption, the formulation remains clumsy. Either it must be reformulated more precisely, either removed.Because you're implying that no ancestor of Albanian at all was spoken in northern and central Albania before Late Antiquity, which is wrong.
