There is No Need/Greed Policy for EliteSTF.
When you start a Group in the channel It is Your Responsibility to establish Loot terms with your team. Do not expect a Moderator to handle your loot disputes.

Normal Queues are allowed in the channel for groups trying to learn the strategies and collect accolades.
