Serdev suture methods of scarless closed sutura (suturing, suture) liftings use needle skin perforations alone to lift and sew movable fascias to non-movable periosteum, fascias or tendons. These are known as Serdev suture scarless lifting techniques,[3] [4] such as Serdev Face lift, //www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&aq=2h&oq=&hl=bg&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4GZAZ_en-GBBG312&q=face+lift+serdev

Serdev suture techniques use semi-elastic suture material, permitting the tissue to move and behave naturally. The sutures absorb in 2–3 years guaranteeing a long term result with stable fibrotic fixation and no foreign bodies. The suture techniques are based on stable suturing of movable fascias higher to non-movable fascias or periosteum, enabling a long-lasting outcome. Serdev suture techniques are distinct and different in concept to other non-sutured and non-anchored "threads" and "thread lifts" that use barbed threads in the sub-dermal fat. Serdev suture techniques should not be mistaken for (and are not interchangeable with) other such "thread lifts" and "threads" methods.
Scarless Serdev suture [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serdev_suture] lifting techniques have become widely used cosmetic surgery procedures in ages, races and ethnicities. In particular Serdev techniques been transformational in younger patients, creating youth and ideal beautification of body shape. Through the lifting and augmentation of tissues the Serdev techniques achieve aesthetic proportions, volumes and angles without scars and foreign bodies. The Serdev techniques are also particularly suited to darker skin people (such as Asians, Indians, Afro-Americans), avoiding the keloid formation seen in wounds from large open surgical incisions.
The Serdev Suture branded techniques are described in the following books:
