UNPAVED PATH: From a Life Within Foster Care to a Life Walking with God

Front Cover
Christian Publishing House, Dec 1, 2016 - Religion - 131 pages

Follow me through the life as a Foster Child. It begins at a very young age when doors were shut in my face, and I was standing alone not knowing why there wasn’t a different path for me. From a life of emotional turmoil and abuse to a life of walking with God. May my journey offer you hope in yours.

My path in Foster Care wasn’t easy, but it wasn't always rough times either. My story will offer hope to those who feel alone or just need motivation and spiritual guidance to see their unpaved path as something more. Even for those who have been through the process of quitting on themselves; know that there is light at the end of the path. God provided me comfort even at the times when I didn’t see His patience.

I learned by developing strong positive relationships and connecting with others who believed in the same God as me that nothing will stand in the way. Caring about more than myself, caring about more than the moment, focusing on the hope that is in you, and forgiving others, as you stand firm in your everyday walk with God. Join with me as I share my life experiences and the change that came about in my journey with God, my rock, my foundation.
