Note: Though we librarians are sublime evaluators of resources, neither we nor any other Free Library workers can appraise your instruments for you.  It's up to you to substantiate the fair market value for tax purposes.  This form is intended for internal use only.  Though this isn't a receipt, we'll issue you a letter acknowledging your donation once we've accepted it. We'll use the value of your item for internal gift reporting only.
