I came to know about this app from my society letter. As they send very few and important messages, I tried it. Initially it is like any other food delivering app but it provides access to services as well like cleaning and grocery delivery, which is very good. Fe days back, I made my first food delivery order using this app and when time of delivery passed I called the restaurant and asked about my order. Now this part is something which need some improvement. The restaurant was not aware of Amenify app at all. For him it is was GrubHub thru which order was placed and he was not able to confirm for me. Then I had to identify my order thru order/food items which I had ordered. Long story short, at the end I received my food delivery, a bit late, sure but food was warn and delicious. So I would recommend this app.

I’ve only used it once for cleaning and once for a food order. Each time the scheduling seemed relatively straight forward, but it doesn’t allow for comments made after confirming the service or order - for things such a entry keys or apartment numbers - if forgotten upon initial order.
Update 10/9 - a lot of room for improvement. I have found where you can update the initial order for entry details, but those details have not once been provided to the person providing the service. It’s a bit of a mess every time a cleaning person gets to my apartment and I have to step away to help them get in. Additionally, there have been some challenges with when the person actually shows up. Lastly, it’s not once been the same person and each person seems new - to the building, to the company, etc. It would be nice to have the same person each time, and for that person to be familiar with the building. This would create a level of comfort that I do not currently have. Also - when you earn credits, it doesn’t automatically apply them to your standard prescheduled/packaged services - so that seems like a waste.
