They need to really do an overhaul of their app. They give you credits but then apply ones that are not expiring to your booking instead of applying the oldest credits that are expiring so you lose your old credits and then use up the new credits allowing you to lose all of your credits. Their fees are enormous on food purchases (25-50% of the food total) and then there's no way to correct problems as they outsource the food delivery to a third party company. The app is terrible.

Dear Ursula, Thank you for your review. All non-expired credits can be applied during checkout irrespective of whether they are new / old. The fee is there to cover expenses and most of it goes to the hard working delivery partners - Amenify does not make a profit on food / grocery and is an enabling platform for the same.

Used for about 9 months without issue. Then they double charged me and refused to refund the $165, claiming they already had. I sent bank statements showing that the refund did not process. Rather than correct the error, they doubles down and tried to claim I did not pay for a cleaning from 8/2023 for which I have the receipt. I won't be using them again.

App doesn't scroll down when checking info/checklist/in general. Getting constant notifications about setting up instructions for service (entry to my apt unit et al) despite already having covered that in the settings. No replies on feedback. EDIT: still having the same issues. Also, paid for a deep cleaning service this week and has been rescheduled last minute twice. No backup services and not getting my money's worth at all.
