Jen Downham

I love me a bit of movement I do and want everyone else to be an active bean too!

My goal is to enable people to recognise their own strength, both mental and physical - we are all different and have different needs which is why our R1SE classes allow individuals to tap into what they need, when they need it.

I strive to create a fun, supportive environment for our students to become their best selves, wanting them leaving the studio on a cloud of happiness and yearning to return!

Chris Downham

I've had a life long passion for personal development.

After years in business, in 2017 I decided to build Chris 2.0.  I stopped drinking, went plant based, started yoga and Pilates and ran a few ultra marathons.  I lost 20 Kg in the process and have kept it off.

I love to cook and have taken a few courses in nutrition.

As a founder of R1SE my purpose is to help people become their best selves whilst also loving my forever journey.

Rosie O'Neill

For me yoga is all about the fun, great vibes and funky music.

I see my role as providing a space for others to feel into their own body and move as they need.

With a background in pilates as well as yoga, I'm all about functional movement to help support healthy alignment and posture in the body - thinks abs, glutes, upper back! Apart from sit ups and planking, my one true love is ice cream.
