I wish I could review this. I never got the chance to use it. I downloaded it after getting a new phone 2.5 months ago. I needed to use it with support today and low and behold, the app is no longer compatible with my phone. The update came out YESTERDAY. It was supposed to "Addresses compatibility issue for some Android phone models." But I guess it just eliminated some too. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to using this tool.

Excellent app, unfortunately it all depends on signal strength or wifi connection on phones. PCs are better, but less portable. Also power hungry, especially on phones. I use it regularly to assist with technical issues. I really like the ability to notate on screen as I'm talking and take screen shots.

In my experience, the Video crashes, breaks up when talking to another person and disconnects frequently.
