1) Click on the dispenser.tf link for the game
2) Obtain your Trade Offer URL, e.g. from your trade offer privacy page: http://steamcommunity.com/my/tradeoffers/privacy
3) On the upper row, click on the game/item you want so it is marked blue
4) On the lower row, click on the keys you want to use for payment so they are marked dark red.
5) On the bottom, paste your Trade Offer URL to the field and click on "Purchase" right next to it. The bot will send you a trade offer that shows up like a new friends request (green Envelope on the upper edge of the Steam window)
6) Verify that the trade offer is what you expected and accept it like any other trade offer.

Instructions for x-Pack unpack

This is the cheapest way to obtain games that exist in multi-pack form. You basically profit from the fact that I cannot sell a multi-pack's copies until someone who doesn't own the game yet unpacks the multi-pack.
Requirements: Ability to sell or buy on Community Market, Collateral or very reliable profile (e.g. Paypal trade rep)
1) I will trade you the 4-pack in exchange for a collateral worth 3 copies of the game
2) You will activate the 4-pack to your library, 3 tradable copies will be added to your inventory
3) You will return the 3 copies in exchange for your collateral and I will only keep the listed price
