I noticed that the articles I have created were all reviewed by the same 2 or 3 people so thought I could help out in reviewing new articles. I have read WP:New pages patrol. Hrodvarsson (talk) 03:49, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Not done Sorry, despite of strong contributions to the mainspace, I don't see the level of familiarity with policies desired in the project namespace. A quick scan of AfD votes reveals duplicates of the same deletion rationale. Thank you for your interest, my apologies again. Alex Shih (talk) 19:01, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I have read and understood the tutorial and related guidelines. I hope to help out to reduce the backlog of unreviewed new pages. I've made three [1][2][3] articles, and have reviewed about a dozen AfC drafts. About 14 months ago, when it first became a permission, I over-tagged when reviewing, and voluntarily gave up the permission. I have spent that time learning from my mistakes; working in Huggle, on drafts, and editing to improve pages and remove maintenance tags. My request in October was denied, and I was asked to apply again once it has been 3 months of continuous editing. Adotchar| reply here 11:06, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I'm responding to the invitation by Insertcleverphrasehere. I have been at Wikipedia for over 10 years now with close to 79,000 edits, participated in RfDs and AfDs, even nominating a few for deletion and speedy deletion, brought several articles up to FA and GA status, and created at least 36 articles. I believe that my knowledge and experience with policies and guidelines are enough for me to conduct new page reviews. Thanks. Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 11:19, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
My work as a TA in Graduate School has led me to learn how to become more involved with Wikipedia. I have worked to expand and cleanup a number of articles, work that I have found enjoyable. The most frustrating thing about the process is that, for the most part, I have had to teach myself HOW to edit articles and WHAT is allowed. I have received some helpful, friendly advice. Some has been downright offensive. I would like to make the encyclopedia better AND be a friendly voice for newer users. Thank you! Norris.michaelj (talk) 18:07, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Not done Hi, from your contribution history and the appearance of your user page (which is likely a violation of Wikipedia:User pages, see WP:FAKEARTICLE), it appears that you are potentially editing with conflict of interest. I don't think new page reviewer flag would be appropriate in your case, but there are many other ways you can contribute to the project. Thank you for your interest. I am a long time contributor, following up on a suggestion, earlier today, that I put my name forward as a volunteer for new page review, and I've decided to give it a go. A second individual suggested I might enjoy it, and I think I might. Cheers! Geo Swan (talk) 20:45, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
