Reason: IP users have came into the page for months on end adding random content. My previous request (here) for a long duration ban was ignored because... ? So these are IPs that have been tampering around for months, perhaps approaching half a year of this now. I request a months long duration ban on IP users, the sole source of the article being messed around. High protection isn't needed but atleast some level of protection is, for a long duration of time as this just happens to be one of those articles that need it. I have not looked close enough to determine if a request to protect this draft is valid. However, I will say this IP is part of a larger UPE sock farm and we will be dealing with their bludgeoning of this draft (and others) unless a protection is made. While I had some citation errors, I also fixed the majority of issues. That current referencing makes it hard to read the source let alone verify the sources cited. In the process of adding page numbers and checking sources I found numerous content issues as well. I explained on multiple occasions that I was in the middle of correcting the citation errors when I was reverted by Skyerise.
