In the year 2022, he went to Beur Central Jail Patna in a LIC agent kidnapping case , where after being in jail for more than 10 months finally he got bail from Patna High Court , after which he came out from the jail. As per Happy and his lawyer Shayam Kumar he has falsely been implicated in this case..in the same year he was also suspected in the firing that took place at Patna ward parishad 54 house , which was just a rumor..
