Pinned – This thread has been pinned and will not be archived until this template has been removed. @Tcr25: You can get around any filter (and the WP:SBL) using WP:ROLLBACK (not Twinkle). I made one small change, removing an use of rmwhitespace() that was sweeping up unrelated links together. That would have at least prevented this filter hit. There were previous objections to excluding reverts at Wikipedia:Edit filter noticeboard/Archive 9#"Unreliable source" filters; while I'm still of the opinion that people reverting page-blanking vandals shouldn't be required to fix existing problems, I got some push back to that suggestion there. The point would be moot if all of these links were removed; then a disallowing filter would be no worse than the WP:SBL. Suffusion of Yellow (talk) 21:19, 20 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The insinuated intentions of wikipedia or SOME of it's editors,.. is a logical PROMPT, to infer an OBLIGATION to impartiality/professionalism on the sensitive subject matter.

Pretending as though one-directional sensitivity will somehow fix a historical divide, is utterly delusional. This isn't about me, whoever i am. It is simply about wikipedia pages not becoming extra places where official 'versions' of history pushed by one side end up only portraying one side of history.

i.e. If the paramilitaries on BOTH SIDES, were terrorist, and only some-of-both, on both sides, too, then that complexity REQUIRES more specific record keeping / effort WHERE effort is due. The DUP has it's reputation for a reason. Go ask Jeery Adams or someone.

Your prejudice in blocking my suggestions of mere TALK PAGES, is a joke. I was not editing the main page, relax. What have talk pages BECOME, if-not a place TO-talk ... about the content ... Including making SUGGESTIONS?!!

What ... 'talk'ING ... Verb ... is supposed to be going on, on 'talk' pages, anymore?
