NPOV: "Social transformation in cooperatives"

This whole section seems to be pushing a socialist/communist POV under the guise of "Social transformation". It starts strong with this this statement: "Most workers cooperatives have in their DNA the social transformation role." It even mentions Gramsci as if he was a household name the reader would recognize with the "Gramscian terms", and not some obscure communist of no relevance.

Hi,To All my dear friends ,We all have Human Rights both Employers and Employees and so inequality occurred at this parties as the farmers and farm residence of employees working there and limited for workers to share the land and water,electricity,education,sports and gracing land and it shows that employers in this agricultural sector don't share economic growth with all this employee's in South Africa and Land Reform was not yet done well to share alike The land human rights.So Donald Trump and Jacob Zuma Re-elected in again on general elections is a shame to the whole world as they're bossy to rule but failed and is nothing failures must learn from not repeat to illegal matters and unwanted issues done by this leadership behaviour as they undermine societies as this communities are innocent and obey the law at all times.
