We also offer a service to loan you an Android smartphone while yours is being upgraded. We understand that being without a smartphone can be a hassle.

The typical turnaround for your device being upgraded is the same or next day. However if your device is one which has not been customised by us previously, it can often take around three days for us to build and test custom software solutions for your device. We will let you know if there will be delays.

- In many instances, modifying the software and "rooting" a device technically voids the manufacturer warranty. You are doing this at your own risk.

- In some instances, manufacturers will accept a device for warranty purposes which has been previously rooted if it is returned to a stock state. While we are happy to do this in most instances, we cannot guarantee that this is possible or will allow a device to be accepted for warranty

- If you have a security lock (eg. password, pin or pattern) it must be removed before submitted to us.

- Whilst we can backup your data for you, we cannot guarantee that all data can be transferred to the new software system. Differences between operating systems prohibit this in some instances. However, we will do our best to transfer your contacts, SMS data, list of installed apps and call logs. However, it is likely that you will lose your app data, homescreen layout, and personal settings, amongst other things.
