Sh. Adinarayanan is a Yogi who has spent more than 250 days in silence (in bouts of 40 days at a stretch). He has been into advanced yogic practices for more than 2 decades and has spent time in the Himalayan mountains. He has been guiding several individuals in India and across the globe into spiritual practices. His strength lies in creating simple daily routines suitable for all ages. He is a TedX speaker and an adjunct professor of practice at IIT Delhi, a premier national institute in India.
