Our “plant managers” will have to:
- Come to Vita Coco headquarters to learn about how we get our coconut products from the trees, to the stores, and to consumers’ hands
- Have lunch with WayUp CEO, Liz Wessel
- Fly to Sri Lanka and learn about Vita Coco’s philanthropic efforts in our coconut communities
- Enjoy a 3-day beach vacation
