Wellness Workshop Registration
The Torero Program Board (TPB) is a branch of the Associated Student Government that coordinates programs and events for the University of San Diego. TPB will be hosting two Wellness Workshops led by USD's Campus Recreation on Tuesday, October 20th from 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM PST. You have the option to attend the Mindful Meditation Yoga or Nutrition & Personal Wellness, or attend both sessions!

Mindful Meditation Yoga will take place on Tuesday, October 20th from 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM PST.
In this session you will be coached through moving, breathing, and deep stretches in order to help you diminish and/or eliminate stress, dissolve stiffness, and experience calmness, focus, and clarity of mind.

Nutrition & Personal Wellness will take place on Tuesday, October 20th from 1:45 PM - 2:25 PM PST.  
If you want to explore how nutrition affects your overall health and well-being then you don't want to miss this session! In this session you will review nutritional information including nutrition labels, dieting fads and myths, how to eat for certain types of bodies/exercises, American diet trends, and overall holistic health practices.
