❥ I have every right to decline your commission. Please keep that in mind.
❥ If at anytime I feel dissrespected, I can cancel your commission with NO refund.
❥ I will only draw things I am comfortable with drawing. DO NOT pressure me into drawing something I am uncomfortable with.
❥  If you have a deadline for the piece be sure to tell me immediately!

❥ I have nerve damage and arthritis in my right arm so know I do struggle. So please be patient.
❥ You may remind me of your commission or ask for updates. Just please keep in mind asking daily will not get your commission done faster.
❥ I refuse to work based off text only references. So please provide a proper reference sheet. No shaded reference sheets.
❥ Also keep in mind I do have the right to decline the commission if the reference sheet(s) does not meet my requirements. (I will bring this to your attention before any declination.)
❥ I use PayPal only for payment.
❥ Payment is required after sketch approval.

❥ You, the commissioner, are allowed to use the artwork in any personal way you desire(it includes re-uploading into your account's gallery with PROPER credit, using as icon, cropping, resizing etc.) as long as proper credit is given, for example post my icon as a tag not a text tag!
❥ Do not alter my watermark in any way.
❥ You MUST give me credit for the art. Even if the piece is gifted to a friend. They also are REQUIRED to give me credit.
❥ I own the copyright of the material I produce. In other words, you may not use the artwork I create commercially, even if you own the character(s) depicted. When I get commissioned, it's for the work/hours I put into your piece. Using my art commercially includes selling it, making posters of it and sell it, modify for profit etc.

Payment must be fulfilled after you have approved my sketch. Once the sketch is approved you can only make one free minor change to the piece as it is still in sketch form. Once you try to make another change you are required to pay $10-$30 extra for each change to the line-art.

Refunds are very rare

❥ I will NOT issue a refund if my sketch is approved, and you change your mind about getting art from me.
❥ If you come to me saying the piece is not satisfactory after approving my sketch I will deny you a refund.
❥ I will NOT refund you if you come back to me saying you need the money back for a family emergency.

❥ You may not resell for more than you purchased. UNLESS more art is included.
❥ You may edit the breed of the character design, but not the species!
❥ You are permitted to alter the design a little, but you must get my permission on the new alterations to my design. Please do not Alter it too much from its original design! It should still be recognizable.
❥ I very RARELY will accept Custom Character commissions.
❥ If I do accept a Custom commission I require the commissioner to stay in a call with me the whole time I am drawing the character. So be sure to be ready to be in one on one calls with me the whole time.

❥ You may NOT resell the character i have gifted you, unless you have ART created for the character. Then ONLY the arts worth will be counted, not the character itself.
❥ You may edit the details of the character to your liking, as long as the design is still recognizable and with my consent.
❥ I have the right to revoke the design if ANY of my TOS rules are broken, this includes:

- Un-proper Crediting
- Not fixing Crediting after it was brought to attention
- NEVER using the design
- Personal harassment of any type.
- Name slandering
- Trying to sell the character (you have no rights to sell a gifted character unless stated otherwise, Log proof will be necessary.)
- Trying to create a species out of the character in question without permission, and disregarding any attention brought about this subject.

NSFW art is only able to be purchased by users that are 18 and above. If you are under the age of 18 and purchase NSFW art I cannot be held accountable if you are under the legal age. This includes, but is not limited to, in a Court of Law. If you are found to be under-aged and commission me for NSFW you will lose all rights to the art piece, and will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me again. You are also agreeing that the artist may list your name, age, and all information and evidence publicly. Once you have been black-listed you will not be permitted to purchase further art from me in the future.

I will give frequent updates whenever I get the chance. So do be sure to expect me messaging you with progress on the image throughout the making of the commission.
