The SKY Campus Happiness workshop is a dynamic and immersive self-development retreat on campus for students. Participants learn to develop a personal daily breathing meditation practice, learn stress-management skills, and build life-long skills to cultivate resilience, and address burnout. In the process, students naturally develop deeper social connections.
Thousands of students at leading universities across the country (e.g., Stanford, MIT) say the retreat and its techniques have made them stronger people by reducing stress, boosting energy, improving time management, cultivating stronger interpersonal relationships, and increasing self-confidence.
The techniques and exercises in the workshop are designed to enable participants to fully relax and de-stress the body and mind. It's fun and rejuvenating--it's like a retreat that is totally focused on your current and future well-being!
A study on the effects of the SKY program on undergraduates at UCLA who participated in the program last year showed significant improvements in sleep quality and reductions in anxiety. More info on the study can be found here:

The workshop timings are as follows:
- Friday, April 12, 5:30-8:30 PM PST
- Saturday, April 13, 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM PST
- Sunday, April 14, 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM PST

This retreat has been made possible through support from the UCLA's USA/BOD and the Student Wellness Commission.
Application instructions:
1. The event is open to all UCLA students, staff, and faculty -- but we are particularly geared towards students (both undergrad and grad). If you aren't sure if you should apply, go ahead and apply :)
2. This application is meant to help you reflect on your life. We request that you take the questions seriously and complete the form in detail.
3. If your submission is found to be incomplete or without enough detail, we may ask you to resubmit this form before the program.
5. Since space is limited, it is best to submit the form as soon as possible. Registrations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis until we reach the capacity limit.
6. We will reach out to you via phone or email soon after submitting this form to complete the registration.
7. You are expected to confirm your attendance over phone or email within 24 hours of receiving our call. If you fail to confirm with us, your seat may be given to the next applicant in line.
8. A limited number of scholarships are available to students who will be notified after review of the applications.
