What is the SKY Happiness Retreat?
Also known as the SKY Breath Meditation/Healing Breath Workshop. It is a 9-hour holistic happiness and well-being program which trains participants in the evidence-based SKY breath meditation practice, breathing techniques, yoga, social connection and mindful leadership. SKY has been shown to significantly reduce anxiety and depression, lower stress markers, and increase well-being, focus and optimism.

100% scholarship available for students, staff, and faculty.
Please note* Upon receiving your application, one of the sky club members may contact you via text/call for the final process towards granting scholarship and going through the retreat guidelines
