Nov. 2021 SKY Happiness Retreat
Cultivate confidence, calm and resilience!

The SKY Happiness Retreat is a dynamic and immersive self-development retreat for students, staff and faculty. Participants develop a daily evidence-based breath meditation practice, gain stress-management and leadership skills, develop strategies for social connection, and engage in peer-driven service initiatives.

Thousands of students in universities across the country (e.g., Stanford, MIT, Harvard) report that the retreat and its techniques have benefited them by reducing stress, boosting energy, improving time management, and increasing confidence in interpersonal relationships.

The techniques and exercises in the workshop are designed to enable participants to relax and de-stress the body and mind in a very deep way. It's fun and rejuvenating, like a retreat that is totally focused on your current and future well-being.

Recent research studies evaluated by Yale University shows that SKY Breath Meditation was the most powerful and beneficial program for student mental health and well-being. Students reported improvements in six areas of well-being: depression, stress, mental health, mindfulness, positive affect, and social connectedness. The workshop timings are as follows:
  --  Nov 19   Friday      | 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm EST
  --  Nov 20   Saturday | 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm EST
  --  Nov 21   Sunday    | 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm EST

Venue - At the comfort of your home! Online via Zoom

Instructions:

3. This form is meant to help you reflect on your life, please take the questions seriously and complete the form in detail.  

4. Since space is limited, it is best to submit the form as soon as possible. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis until we reach the capacity.

5. We will reach out to you via phone or email within a few days of submitting this form to complete the registration process.

6. After connecting with you, you will be sent the respective registration link. Please confirm your attendance by submitting this registration within 24 hours.  

7. The discounted program fee will be $65 for students, $245 for staff and faculty / non-students, and $30 for repeaters. The standard fee for this program is $395 for the general public. Further scholarships are available on a per-case basis, depending on need, for which you can apply below in this form. You will be notified of the scholarship decision within 24 hrs.
