Dear saints,

We would like to encourage all the sisters in Northern California to participate in a sisters' conference with Brother Minoru at the following date, time, and location:
- Date: Saturday, November 16, 2019
- Time: 10 AM to 1 PM
- Location: Greene Middle School Auditorium, 750 N California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94303

Note that lunch will NOT be provided. We ask all the sisters who plan to attend—whether live at the Greene Middle School or in a live-stream location—to register using the Google Form below.

Due to the limited seating capacity at our venue (the Greene Middle School auditorium can hold only 400), it is crucial that all the sisters register as soon as they can. We ask the saints to submit their registration by Lord's Day, November 10. But we encourage the saints NOT to wait till the deadline of November 10, because priority will be given to the saints who register earlier if we need to limit the number coming to the Greene Middle School auditorium.

Please also take note of the following practical details for the conference:
- Translation—Translation will be provided into Chinese, Spanish, and Korean; please bring your FM radio if you need translation
- Overflow Room—There will be an overflow room for parents with children with at least an audio/video feed of the conference
- Live-stream—Live-streaming is available to localities outside of the immediate Bay Area
- Parking—The saints can park in the parking lot of the Greene Middle School or on the streets close by; since there is only about 75 parking spaces at the school, we highly encourage the saints to carpool as much as possible
- Registration Donation—We also ask each saint attending to make an offering of $10 to help disburse the rental and additional costs for the conference. We recommend that the saints can make an online payment to “The Church in San Jose” by PayPal (go to https://www.churchinsanjose.com/sisters-conference-donation/ and click on the Donate button) or by Venmo (pay to @ChurchinSanJose).

May the Lord release a timely word through our brother to all the sisters in Northern California for His present and up-to-date move.
