This release supplements the manuscript A policy model of cardiovascular disease in moderate-to-advanced chronic kidney disease. It contains the following data:

• code folder, ui.R and server.R files: code for simulating outcomes based on input of patient characteristics, together with implementation of the user-friendly interface in R Shiny package. Please note that the interface page is no longer maintained and may not always be accessible.

• data folder: entry model parameters; eg risk equation coefficients (including coefficients needed for probabilistic sensitivity analyses (PSA)); description of model states adn their features & endpoints; default non-vascular death rates

• www folder: example files provided to help with the model use (example input and output analysis files); as well as glossary and a userguide.
