Please state your preferences to help lead one aspect of the retreat. This is on a first-come-first-serve basis. You will be working in teams and co-leading with other regional YA officers.
If you are not able to attend the retreat, you can still be a part of the planning team.

Devotional Singing (1 Female Rep/Advisor, 1 Male Rep/Advisor, time commitment: 2-3 hrs total): Coordinate all the devotional singing sessions (opening, closing, afternoon, re-energize sessions), reach out to attendees for singers/instrumentalists. Also explore the possibility of a musical presentation/jam session.

Regional YA Team presentations (1 Female Rep, 1 Male Rep, time commitment: 1-2 hrs per week): Each Regional YA team is requested to present highlights/challenges/uniqueness about their region. This role involves coordinating with all the regions to get their presentations ready.

Workshop 1 (2 Female Rep/Advisor, 2 Male Rep/Advisor, time commitment: 2-3 hrs per week): Facilitate the workshop on "Balance - managing different commitments in life". This is about finding that balance between work, family and SSIO.

Workshop 2 (National YA Team): Concurrent workshop for Reps & Advisors.

Workshop 3 (2 Female Rep/Advisor, 2 Male Rep/Advisor, time commitment: 2-3 hrs per week): Facilitate the workshop on "Way Forward" for the YA program in this country. This is about coming up with a vision statement along with common goals (unity). It is on the individual YA teams on how to execute this vision.

Ice-cream Circle (1 Female Rep/Advisor, 1 Male Rep/Advisor, time commitment: 2-3 hrs total): Facilitate this session for officers to share their personal stories while unwinding with some ice-cream.
