Survey about Knowledge Retention |
Introduction
The National Skills Academy for Power is working with employers to address the skills shortages and pressures on competence brought about by an ageing workforce. Some critical issues around knowledge capture and sharing have been identified.
To understand these better, we would like to find out what you feel about different types of knowledge sharing activities. This survey is not limited to people working in the Power Sector.
All data will be aggregated and no single respondent will be personally identified during the analysis. This data is being collected for the purposes of development work by The National Skills Academy for Power/Energy & Utility Skills.
If you are happy to be contacted regarding our work, please leave us your email address at the end of the survey. All email addresses received will also be entered into a prize draw to win a £20 gift card which can be used in a wide range of outlets in the UK. The winner will be randomly chosen on 30th November 2012 and will be notified by email.
