This app is designed very bad. The features included are looking dummy. When I log in, it displays an error " invalid account number " and send me messages like "you login successful" which is another big issue. They need a little bit attention to make this app good for using it. The world is full of beautiful android/ios apps developer, but they are not ready to spend a single penny on it.

I am not sure what happened but all of a sudden the MCBlite app has start to crash soon after I press Login button. I have not made any changes to any of my settings. This has been happening since one month now and the app is unusable. I have also tried to uninstall the app, rebooted my phone and then Installed the app again but the issue persist. This same behavior was also observed with MCBmobile app but after their recent update, the issue with MCBmobile app got fixed. Please look into this.

I don't know why Big Bank like this cannot invest for their customer ease and satisfaction. This app is just basic no features. Even they didn't add the Account Deposit and Withdrawal Limitations. Just like jazz cash and easy paisa did. How can we check the remaining limitations. That's totally mess and confusing. Kindly recreate this app and add all features just like your competitors. We are paying you and investing in your bank. So you have to also give us Good Service in return.
