What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Early Access allows us to get feedback on new updates and make changes to our game directly based on what players like. We want to make this game as fun (and balanced) as possible, and our community's help with that.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Current plan is 6 months. If player feedback steers us in a direction that would require more development time, we will extend this period to the content.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to have more characters, more weapons, skills, systems, maps, secret unlocks and most importantly; big boss fights at the end of each level. We currently have multiple bosses planned in various stages of production. With more development time we will be able to add these really cool bosses and their mechanics to the game.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game has all the core game mechanics completed, meaning:
- The game is fully playable
- 4 characters + their own unique skills (total of 12 skills)
- 8 base weapons + 2 upgrades each (total of 24 weapons)
- 21 passives
- 3 maps each with their own unique way to play
- 4 mini boss fights
- Steam Achievements
- Lots of Yokai to kill”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the launch price will go up based on how much extra content we have added.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Our community's feedback is paramount. We will actively engage in topics here on the Steam Forums, our Discord or other social media channels. We want our game to be the best it can possibly be and we can only do that by being open and transparent in our development process with our players.”
