An introduction to the SKY Happiness program
Most of us have very busy lives managing academics and careers. The demands we place on ourselves often overwhelm us and we naturally feel stressed, worried or angry. In a fast paced age, with various conflicts around the globe, and where anxiety and depression are widespread, the toll of stress on physical and mental health can be extremely high.
Some understanding about how to handle the mind using the breath and meditation can make a huge difference in life. This introduction will comprise of some discussion on what affects our mind, our general quality of life, how to handle negative emotions & stress, and a practical experience of breath-work & meditation.
