Being a father. Balancing the desire to be successful in my career, lots of travel, long hours and being available for our children. Thank GOD I have a wonderful wife who helped me optimize my time.

Yes of course, I love to stay busy helping people achieve their goals.
Would you risk making a mistake?
Absolutely! You have to be willing to make mistakes and learn from them in order to live life to the full! The key is to manage the risks to insure you are able to stay in the game. As we age our ability to recover from a major mistake is more limited but we also should have more wisdom because of our life experiences.
What advice do you have for the next generation of business leaders?
Do not allow life's challenges to prevent you from dreaming and pursuing your dreams! Seek insight and knowledge from others. You will enjoy the rewards or endure the consequences of the decisions and choices you make. We live in the greatest country on the planet and opportunities abound! Enjoy the journey!
