Meet Your Pampered Chef Consultant
🎉 If you haven't heard my story before, let me introduce myself. My name is Kristina Bailey and I'm an Upper Level Director with Pampered Chef.
I have been with the company for 14 years, teaching people how to make quick and delicious meals for about $2 per serving, saving both time and money.
I've been married to my amazing husband Brian for 19 years and we have 3 wonderful teenagers: Joshua age 17, Rachel age 15 & Rebekah age 13 (going on 30).
I started my PC adventure in February 2009 on a whim after my husband said I needed to get out of the house more. 🤣 At the time, I had my own home daycare where I spent 50 hours a week watching 5 kids, age 4 and under - which included my own 1 & 3 year old. No wonder my husband thought I needed to get out of the house more!
After a year of doing both, we faced a financial emergency when my daycare families were all transferred to a new area and my husband came close to being laid off from his job and had his hours & pay cut to help save the company he worked for.
We had a newborn, 2 year old and 4 year old at home - the expense to put them all in full time daycare would have been more than I could have brought home from working a job outside the home.
I began doing an average of 2 parties a week and was able to provide a meaningful income with a flexible schedule - and it was FUN!
I LOVE having my own business that allows me to help so many people make a difference in their lives. PLUS I have been blessed to build many friendships and memories along the way.
I am honored to be in the Top 1% of the company and proud to have earned multiple awards for career advancement and excellence in sales for the last 11 years running.
Overall, I've found that not only do I love the party aspect of being a Pampered Chef consultant, but I truly appreciate being able to help my team achieve their goals and reach heights they didn't know possible. 💕
