Dr. Victoria Mattingly

I believe that businesses should treat their people less like workers and more like humans. I specialize in the research and implementation of workplace interventions that result in happier employees, better leaders, healthier cultures, and a more inclusive and equitable workforce.

I speak to diverse audiences and run workshops about topics such as gender equality, allyship, interpersonal communication, career development, and reducing workplace stress and burnout.

I earned my PhD in organizational psychology from Colorado State University and have worked as a learning and development consultant, behavior change solution designer, and talent assessment specialist at companies including Amazon, DDI and Mind Gym.
