Gift card / voucher policies
PLEIJ Salon + Spa Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Vouchers (eGift Cards) are redeemable for retail products and/or services up to the balance available. Your gift card / voucher must be presented at the time of payment. Gift cards / vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit. Gift cards / vouchers cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
• Gift cards / vouchers are available for online purchase in the specified increments, however, our electronic gift vouchers may be purchased in custom denominations by clicking here, while gift cards can be purchased in custom denominations at the salon, or over the phone.
• Gift cards / vouchers are available exclusively in our salon, over the phone, or on our website.
• Please note that gift cards cannot be used for gratuity.
• Gift cards may not be redeemed the same day as purchased.
• Gift cards do not have an expiration date.
• An Electronic Gift Voucher is a gift card that is emailed to you or your recipient immediately after completion of the purchase. After receipt of the email, the recipient may print or save the PDF attachment.
• A legible copy of the Electronic Gift Voucher and proper photo identification must be presented at time of payment. Electronic Gift Vouchers which are illegible, copied, or modified in any way will be considered null and void.
• PLEIJ Salon + Spa Electronic Gift Vouchers are non-transferable. Recipients must provide photo identification that matches the name on the Electronic Gift Voucher.
• PLEIJ Salon + Spa is not responsible for the proper functionality of PC or MAC hardware, software or e-mail. Technical problems with Electronic Gift Vouchers must be received by PLEIJ Salon + Spa within three days of purchase.
• Orders up to $1,000 may be placed online in a single transaction. Guest Services (614.547.2566) will gladly process orders over that dollar amount.
