WCF Participation Form - Garba Performance 
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY! 

The Art of Living Foundation is hosting the 4th World Culture Festival (WCF) in Sept 29-Oct 1 at the National Mall, Washington D.C.: worldculturefest.org 

If you would like to be a part of the largest and spectacular 10K Garba Performance at the WCF,  please register using this form. Garba Performance is scheduled on Saturday, 30th Sept, around 6 pm ET. Check-in time: 12-2 pm ET, 2 pm mandatory dress-rehearsals. Please arrive on time for the check-in at the Volunteer Tent Hold on the junction of 12th Street and Madison Drive at the National Mall.
