Josh, incredible rundown of Excel's capabilities! As a fractional FP&A/CFO, I'd emphasize: Scenario Analysis & Forecasting In SaaS, dynamic modeling using Excel's 'What-If' tools, like Goal Seek or Scenario Manager, is crucial. With subscription models and recurring revenues, understanding different financial outcomes is vital for planning. Integrations Excel's power is magnified when integrated with tools like Power BI or external databases. This allows for real-time data pulls, enhancing decision-making for SaaS businesses. Data Visualization SaaS metrics like MRR, Churn, and CAC become more actionable with Excel's advanced charting. Visual representation aids in identifying trends, spotting issues, and communicating with stakeholders. It's not just about knowing the tools but applying them effectively, especially in a niche like SaaS where metrics and dynamics are unique. Excel is indeed a powerful ally for any finance professional in this domain!

8moLIES! No way you can put EVERYTHING on one page! This is pretty comprehensive though, well done! Favorite thing I use thatās not on here - I made an Excel macro that can control Google Chrome! All those repetitive web actions to submit info, run/fill in reports, set stuff up, etc., this can automate it! I had a daily prep process of 800+ steps that took me 35-40 minutes. This did them all in < 14 minutes while I got ready for the day!
