Samples are for F&B businesses only since we are a wholesale bakery. For you folks, it's simple. Give us your information and we will arrange to have a sample of our breads and pastries delivered to you. And don't be shy, let us know if their is something in particular that you would like to try.

Please note that the offer for sampler box is only valid for Singapore's F&B businesses only. 

For all you other people, you can get your hands on our bakes at at our cafe/retail store in Jurong East! Alternatively, you can place your order via our online shop at www.enjouebakery.com/shop. Quote EOI2022 for a 20% discount at checkout!

Rustic Breads - Made using a traditional long fermentation technique. We use mainly organic European unbleached flours. There is no yeast nor preservatives, improvers or stablisers in all our breads.

Soft Breads & Buns - There are 2 variations: Brioche & Milk Based dough. Brioche is made with a higher butter to flour ratio and the result is a rich and buttery pillowy soft bread. Milk dough is made using chilled fresh milk and the dough is fragrant with a milky aroma, it is also rather bouncy in texture. 
 
Viennoiseries - Classic Viennoiseries - All our croissants are handmade and laminated with only French Lactic Butter. The result is a more flaky and richer product.
