Guild Requirements

 ****Weekly Guild Dues are 15,000 gold a week. Deposit into the guild bank before the trader flips on Sundays.

 * Gold Generated is calculated and accumulated into a best four out of five week rolling average called the DragonScore

 * Your DragonScore is the average of gold you have generated for the guild over the last best four of five weeks

 * The next tab on this sheet contains the guild's DragonScore information, it is updated every week after trader flip (by 11PM EDT)

 * Higher numbers will earn you promotions! The Dark Arts Master rank does not have to pay weekly dues.

 ****If you do not pay your weekly dues, you will be placed penalized by being place in a rank where you cannot list in guild store, If you do not catch up your dues by the end of this "Dragon Due Do" week, you will be purged (kicked from the guild)

How do I generate gold for the guild?

Selling and buying items from the guild store, raffle ticket purchases, donating items for the auction, winning auction bids, DragonDashing and donating gold earn your DragonScore.

All raffle donations and auction donations are made to the BDA Guild Bank, winning auction bids are sent to @SurrealDragon

1) Sales of 71,429 will earn you 5k DragonScore. (3.5% of sales generates gold in taxes for the guild, but BDA gives you 7% - awarding you DragonScore for participation in selling)

2) A gold donation of 5,001 will earn you 5001 DragonScore. (Gold donations are seperated from raffles by adding a (1) to the end)

3) A raffle donation of 10,000 will earn you 10k DragonScore. (This gives 10 entries to win 50,000 Gold in our Trader Raffle - note: 1,000 gold entries can be combined in amounts of 1k - 49k)

4) A raffle donation of 9,999 will earn you 9,999 DragonScore. (You will be entered to win 100k gold in the Payday Raffle - note: 9,999 entries must be entered individually)

5) A raffle donation of 50,000 will earn you 50k DragonScore. (You will be entered to win the Highlander Gold Jackpot Raffle - note: 50k entries must be entered individually)

*note* entering the Highlander Raffle every week would guarantee a promotion to Daedric Shifter and access to the officer chat channel after two weeks (and would maintain it with every other week thereafter)

6) An item donated to the bank for the weekly Auction will earn you the master merchant value in DragonScore for the item donated for the week. (See Bank Rules)

7) Participating in the DragonDash event will earn you DragonScore in the amount of materials you farm, 40% Gold for what you farm, a battle for a share in the pot of 10% gold of what everyone farms, material raffle entries, and a chance for instant promotions!

8) Any combination of the above 7% from BDA sales +3.5% from BDA purchases +100% from raffle donations +100% from gold and auction donations + % of auction bid wins

 This is a composite score: Everything that adds value to the guild is counted (Vendor / decon items etc, are not counted -- see Bank Rules tab)

 The Weekly Black Dragon Guild Trader Bid comes from everyone's score added together, it is a team effort to have a great trader every week

Q. What are the ranks in the Black Dragon Apothecary? (By DragonScore)

A. Potion Taster: New to the guild or below 5000 DragonScore (not yet having met the requirements). Instant promotion when you've earned Wildcrafter!

 Wildcrafter: 5,000 ~ 9,999. This is our minimum and required level of guild support to maintain membership in BDA.

 Dark Chemist: 10,000 ~ 23,999. Full member status including note editing and invite privliges.

 Daedric Shifter: 24,000+ Great guild support and access to the BDA officer chat. (/O# Where # is the BDA Guild number in the order of your guilds)

 Dark Arts Master: 100,000+. Working Magick to keep our trader bids top of the notch!

 Highlander: Highest DragonScore, our number 1 supporter. There can be only one!

Q. Those numbers look pretty big. Is there anything else I can do instead?

A. Since we have a trader in a fantastic location, you'd be surprised how quickly you can sell that much gold in items.

However, if you don't feel confident just yet about how much you can sell in a week, you can supplement your sales by donating to the raffle, winning auction bids, or participating in a DragonDash!

Q. I like raffles! If I don't sell anything, how many raffle tickets do I need to buy each week for each rank?

A. A 1,000g raffle ticket is worth 1,00 DragonScore; a 9,999g raffle ticket is worth 9,999 DragonScore; a 50,000g highlander raffle ticket is worth 50,000 DragonScore
