Please complete this form if you would like your event to be considered as a Diversity, Equity, and Cultural Competency Committee (DEqCC) endorsed Cultural Competency event.  If you are unsure of a particular response, fill in the form to the best of your knowledge and indicate any concerns in the "notes" section.

DEqCC meets and endorses potential Culturally Competent events at our monthly meetings.  Please make sure to submit a completed form at least a week before DEqCC meets and at least four weeks before the event in order to ensure your event is endorsed well ahead of time (see DEqCC website for meeting days: http://miracosta.edu/deqcc)
