Clergy Contact Information - Annual Information Review
Thank you for taking the time to update the information we have on file for you at the Metro office. The information requested comes from the national office of the United Church of Christ.

“The annual Information Review is a basic obligation to maintain good ministerial standing…” (United Church of Christ Manual on Ministry) This document is a means for authorized ministers to participate in the Information Review in order to uphold the covenantal relationship with their Conferences and Associations.

Staying current with your contact information makes sure we can contact you with important information regarding the Association and the United Church of Christ in a timely manner.
