Hear about how George Gilbert Scott transformed the parish church

Warren, as church architect for nearly 15 years, has undertaken extensive research on the architecture and history of Buckingham Parish Church including Diocesan records and original drawings from the Royal Institute of British Architects, He will share the story of the evolution of the 1780 Georgian Church architecture into the George Gilbert Scott church you see today.

The tour will stop at key points in and around the church, and then conclude with a Q&A with a glass of wine.

There will also be a rare opportunity to climb the tower and see the clock and bells. There will be an opportunity to buy the brand new Church History Guide at the event too.
