Fundraising & Funding Requests
All fundraising and funding requests for Campbell County 4-H must be approved prior to starting the project.  
This form must be completed by all groups or members requesting funds from the Campbell County  4-H Council.  The form must be completed prior to the contest/training/event.  A follow-up report must be made to the 4-H Council explaining: what happened, what was learned, how you plan to use your experience to assist Campbell County 4-H.

Remember all requests must be approved!  THEN, when completed, please come to a council meeting to report on the activity!  
Funding that has been approved by the council: *Leader Development- Leaders can apply to use funds for development and trainings.  *State 4-H Contests- Hotel and Registration paid for members competing and coach. *National Contests- Registration and $100 per member competing and coach. *National Trips- Awarded up to $200
