The BuddySuite is a Python3 project that provides easy-to-use command line functions for working with biological data files. The suite consists of four modules, each of which is described in detail on their own wiki page:

• SeqBuddy
• AlignBuddy
• PhyloBuddy
• DatabaseBuddy.
