Taming Worries

The head worries and the heart feels. They cannot function at the same time. When your feelings dominate, worry dissolves. If you worry a lot, your feelings are dead; you are stuck in the head. Worrying makes your mind and heart inert and dull. Worries are like a rock in the head. Worry entangles you. Worry puts you in a cage.

Experience a unique meditation, brought to you by the Art of Living Los Angeles - right from your own home! Learn breathwork and meditation to tame the feelings of worry and break the cycle of stress. Learn next steps to sustain the ability to gracefully curb the feelings of worry !

This session includes:

  • Learn breathing technique to melt away the feeling of worry
  • Meditation and breathing to dealing with worries
  • We will discuss next steps you can take to build resilience to curb the feeling of worry by learning the Sudarshan Kriya (SKY)

In this live session, you will be guided step-by-step by a team of certified Art of Living Breath & Meditation Trainers.

This is an interactive experience where you can ask questions and get clarity on what breathing and meditation . We’re here to guide you on the next steps towards this new journey within!
