I/we agree to be bound by the rules and bylaws of the Bellarine Dog Activities Group, for the time being in force.
I/we also agree to be party only to dealings that will reflect favourably on the Bellarine Dog Activities Group. Membership is subject to Committee ratification.

We understand that the Club will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the action of my/our dog or damage caused either to myself/ourselves or my dog/s whilst in attendance at Club training.  Further, I/we understand that the Club will soon introduce a liability waiver form for signature by all members, and once this occurs continuation of membership will require signing of this form.
