Art Cars and Adaptive Vehicles
Use this form to register your Art Car or Adaptive Vehicle for SOAK* 2013.
Vehicles over 25 feet in length, (RV, Bus, Trailer, etc.) to be placed, please also use this form.

Adaptive Vehicle is defined as any vehicle used for the use of medical or mobility disability assistance (a.k.a. "handicap" vehicle) in lieu of walking or biking. (Mobility scooter, golf cart, gator). The operation of passenger vehicles is not allowed DURING the event.

PLEASE READ:
Registration does not guarantee access to the event with your vehicle. Understand that SOAK has the right to disallow any vehicles without prior notice. Misuse or unsafe use of the vehicle at SOAK will result in immediate ejection from SOAK for the driver and their entire family. Misuse or unsafe use may result in a permanent ban from attendance at all future Burning Man Portland events.

With that said.... we love art cars! Let's work together to get lots of Art Car interactivity at our events. Prindel Creek Farm has lots of meadow space that can be muddy and bumpy, rests alongside a Federal Forest Road, and has two river crossings. The property can appropriately accommodate smaller mutant and art vehicles.  Appropriately sized (under 25 feet in length) art and mutant vehicles of many shapes and imaginary creations are encouraged. If you believe that you have the perfect art vehicle that doesn't quite cut the 25 foot length rule, but would be appropriate to safely operate on bumpy grassy fields and windy Forest Service roads with little room to turn around, you may email your suggestion to portland (at) burningman (dot) com.
