Safe Delivery Continued Competence (SDCC) awareness and guidance package.
You will be aware that Aggregate Industries put a lot of emphasis on continuous improvement. We often share important Safety messages in the form of eTOTS (electronic Time to Talk Safety).

This eTOTS is known as the Safe Delivery Continued Competence or SDCC, and governs your eligibility to deliver to any National Highways or other major highways projects

As a direct representative of Aggregate Industries, hauliers drivers are expected to maintain zero harm standards and operate safely on all sites, hence you are required to undertake this SDCC annually.

The purpose is to demonstrate a clear understanding of the required standards and competence in the safe delivery of Aggregate Industries products to any Highways scheme within the UK.  The aim is to ensure you understand what is expected during the delivery process.

Instructions:

~ Please ensure that you fully complete all sections of this eTOTS.
~ The email address that you will entering below can either be a personal or business email address.
~ There is also an optional field to add your Hauliers email address.
~ In order to successfully pass, you will need to achieve a minimum of 80%
~ Successful drivers will receive a certificate of completion supplied to the provided email address.
~ Drivers who have successfully achieved the pass mark will be permitted to undertake deliveries to Highways England or Transport Scotland schemes for a 24 month period.
~ Without a valid certificate you will not be eligible to make a delivery on behalf of Aggregate Industries to a live National Highways scheme.

Knowledge Check.
Throughout this SDCC there are a number of sections where you are required to answer questions in order to check your own knowledge and understanding.

The pass-mark is 80%.  At the end you will have the opportunity to review your answers, and will be emailed a certificate of completion if you have passed. Please either print the certificate or keep a copy that can be accessed on your mobile phone.

If you do not pass, you will not receive a certificate and you will need to retake the SDCC before delivering to specific customers engaged in particular construction projects on behalf of Aggregate Industries.
